I called Adobe support today to ask about the impact that the new Macbook Pro with Retina Display will have on CS6 and what fixes Adobe has lined up. The Adobe support person told me that the question was too ridiculous to answer. He said that there are no issues with CS6 on the new retina display Mac's. Photoshop offers full support on HiDPI hardware, including the Retina Display available on the current MacBook Pro. I'm pretty much ready to buy a Macbook Pro Retina and buy the adobe cs cloud too. I know Photoshop is to be updated to Retina, but I've not heard anything regarding Illustrator and After Effects.

Adobe For Macbook Pro Retina

I'm pretty much ready to buy a Macbook Pro Retina and buy the adobe cs cloud too. I know Photoshop is to be updated to Retina, but I've not heard anything regarding Illustrator and After Effects.

My questiom is this: Does anyone know how non Retina compatible software, specifically cs6 or cs5 looks? I've read Engadget's review, which is very positive. However, they say non compatible programs look bad - blurry text etc.

Easy movie maker software, free download.

Had anyone managed to get one yet, and whats your view with Adobes apps?

Everything else sounds ace (apart from the waiting times)!
